I was an English teacher living and working in Hangzhou, China. I was teaching English to primary school pupils in grades 3-5, in 2019. I focused on phonics, using conversation practice to engage students.

Interests: I enjoy culture, languages, music, travel and tourism, writing, and photography. I have much more of the world to see when places re-open after the pandemic.

I am a graduate from the University of the West of England, in Bristol. Some of the modules I studied throughout my degree were 'teaching English as a Foreign Language', 'Language and the Mind', 'Language Acquisition', and 'Analysing Culture'.
