As a Cruise Director/Entertainment Director, I consistently manage and oversee the resolution of all issues affecting the entertainment product and the guests’ cruise experience.

A great organiser and efficient multitasker, I am highly adept at working under pressure and staying in command of projects, events and activities in a fast-paced environment. I am capable of managing multiple projects and events whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and service in every undertaking. With demonstrated ability to embed and foster a culture of continuous improvement, I thrive on being an integral part of planning and direction setting to improve processes, enhance service delivery, drive business growth and ensure continued success.
