I spent 4 years as a helpdesk administrator for a waste company, contracted by the local council. It involved dealing with customer complaints and assisting the crews.

İlgi Alanları: I have two adult children, my son is a lorry Driver and my daughter was a ground worker although she has had a baby, my first grandchild and he is now 2 months old.
I share my home with my two dogs which are both bull breeds but very loving.

I have a grade A in English Language and Literature which I attained at night school as a mature learner.

NVQ Level 3
Education
I have an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and Childcare. I ran a pre-school and was an assistant Manager at another.
