This job required me to answer customer's calls, create their profile in the company database and direct their calls to the appropriate staff. It was necessary to listen actively and reassure the customers that their needs were going to be addressed.

Intérêts: I have lived most of my life in Canada, but I have had opportunities to travel. I lived in France for a year and in South Korea for four months.

I have almost earned my 2 year diploma. My work placement experience was delayed by Covid-19, but I will finish soon.
