For two years, I taught Cambridge English in a high school (liceo) in Rome, Italy. The students were between the ages of 12 and 18, and the focus was mainly on reading and writing to prepare them for their cambridge tests.

Teaching English Online to Vietnamese Students
Education
Back in 2015, I started teaching English online for a Vietnamese company. I was teaching all ages of students (6 per class) with a big variety in ability levels from absolute beginners to some students who were close to being fluent. Via webcam.

English Teaching Academy in Eastern Europe
Education
I taught English at a language academy owned by one of Europe's larget multinational banking companies. They sent workers from all around Europe to the academy in order to improve their English, and I taught them. Academy was in North Macedonia.

Online Proofreader and GRAMMAR Teacher for Japanese Students
Education
2015 - present. Back in 2015, I started working with a Japanese company as a grammar teacher. My role there was, basically, writing textual explanations of English grammar for the benefit of English learners. I still work for that company today.

I was born and raised in the UK (South London), and I'm half English, half Italian. But don't worry, English is my first language.

I love travelling around the world, discovering new things and new people and learning about how other people live. One of my biggest passions is cooking! I love discovering new dishes and cuisines, and trying them out for myself. I would be so happy if you introduced a dish from your country to me!

Some of my other hobbies include: reading, writing, cinema, animation, football (my teams: Sheffield Wednesday, Inter Milan and Palermo), language learning, Tintin, dogs, video games, electronics - and many more.

At College (UK College - it's different to "college" in the USA), I studied FILM AND MEDIA STUDIES. We learned things like film analysis, storyboarding and scriptwriting. I passed with a B, if I remember correctly.

BA Archaeology & Prehistory - Bournemouth University
Education
At university, I studied Archaeology and Prehistory and earned my Bachelor of Art degree in that subject.

150 hr TEFL / TESOL Master Course
Education
After univeristy, I took a TEFL/.TESOL mastercourse, which I passed with a grade of A (you can see the certificate below).
