I lead up to 25 people in a hour-long yoga class that challenges them both mentally and physically. I always do the poses with them to encourage them when they feel discouraged and challenge them to have a more relaxed approach to life and wellness!

I have volunteered to tutor high school students in subjects like advanced geometry, biology, and other basic mathematics classes.

Interests: My hobbies include rock climbing, hiking, yoga, and reading. I also love to spend time with my friends and family! I am a social person and love communicating with new people! I am also currently learning Spanish as I pursue a Spanish minor in university. This allows me to be very empathetic of new language learners and to further help them on their journey to speak English fluently!
