Taught grade 6 (ages 11-12) in a self contained classroom. We learned all subjects, and I helped prepare them for middle school.

School librarian for PK-6th grade elementary school, as well as technology and computers. I was in charge of organizing the books and reading as many as I could. :)

Worked with kids who are 8 and 9 years old, and we learned about many things through reading and speaking and thinking.

Worked with 20-22 five and six year olds, teaching them the basics of reading, speaking, and writing in English. We started with our ABCs. It is so fun to watch the light of reading comprehension turn on in their eyes. I just cheer them on!

Interests: I am 52 years old, and love to travel! I've had the opportunities to go to many places around the world, and I could do it again tomorrow! I've been to Mexico, England, Russia, (twice!) Ukraine, Poland, Finland, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. Cultures amaze me, and I find it so fascinating to learn about what is important to people in different countries. Can't wait to learn about yours!
