Interests: I am 39 years old, I have 12 years of customer services experience and have been selected as a teacher, mentor, and trainer during every job I have had.

I have my bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Psychology, I chose to double major because a single major felt too easy and I have a passion for both fields.

My work is primarily in a customer service role, however, I feel this allows me to be a great and adaptable teacher. After all one of the most important aspects of teaching is being able to relate to almost anyone you speak to.
