Interests: I am an Irish Man living and working as a teacher in Vietnam over the past two years. Life here is incredibly rewarding as the locals are fantastic people. I strive to grow as a person in many aspects and Vietnam has truly brought out the best in me.

Whilst I am not teaching I spend my time hiking across Vietnam, reading philosophy, talking politics and experimenting with new cuisines. I have a passion for cooking because I believe food can tell us a story about people, history and a country.
