I held an internship for a school year at Horce Mann Dual Language Magnet School where I worked in a kindergarten classroom with student who spoke English and Spanish, and learned all subjects in both languages.

I held an internship for a month at El Puente Christian School in Quepos, Costa Rica. I worked with students from age 4 to age 10. All students spoke native Spanish and few spoke English, which is the area I worked with students in.

I am currently a PADI Divemaster and Instructor in training at Oceans Unlimited Costa Rica, a PADI Scuba Diving shop and career development center.

兴趣: I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato with degrees in both English Studies and Spanish. I am particularly interested in Creative Writing, Latinx literature, and Latin American Studies.
I have had two creative pieces published and run my own creative writing blog.
I have studied Spanish abroad in Costa Rica, which I feel was one of the best experiences of my life.
I am currently working towards the completion of my TEFL certification so that I can help others become bilingual and multilingual, opening doors that could change lives.
I am originally from Kansas, a rural state in the United States. Since graduating as valedictorian from my high school, I have traveled to 30+ states, India, Italy, Switzerland, Belize, Costa Rica, and Canada.
