I am in academia and if you have any questions about the academic context, systems, or application process in the USA or UK - let me know! I am a big fan of art and history from all eras and corners of the world. I spend most of my free time visiting museums and historical sites. I love music! I am a practicing classical vocalist. But I also love many genres and many of my students are successful musical theatre and jazz singers. I also enjoy listening to pop, rock, r&b, folk, funk, rap, metal... pretty much anything! I know a lot of music vocabulary. I also read many books in my spare time, including children's and teen books! If your student loves books - we can have great conversations! I love hiking, weightlifting, and running. I also used to row and play basketball. At the end of the day, I am an inquisitive person and will always ask lots of questions no matter what you want to talk about.
