兴趣: I am a 26-year old Canadian from a small town in Ontario who has a passion for teaching. I developed a passion for teaching and learning about new cultures in University, and ever since then, I have spent all of my time learning about places from across the world and about how something as simple as language - English - can bring us all together as a universal language. I have spent the last 3 and a half years living abroad teaching English as a second language in Thailand. I have settled down, and claimed Thailand as my new home. Since my arrival in Thailand, I have dedicated all of my time to learning Thai language, and becoming a master of the language. With that said, I am also a student myself, and I understand all of the challenges that come with learning a new language. I believe that being a student myself gives me insight on some of the struggles and challenges that come with learning a new language, and it allows me to better understand some of my students' concerns and insecurities. For this reason, I understand the importance of making students feel secure and comfortable in their learning environment. Since arriving in Thailand over 3 years ago, I have taught English to students of all ages; from pre-schoolers to adults. I am very committed to being the best possible teacher that I can be for my students, and ensuring their absolute comfortability. I really enjoy learning about new cultures from people from across the world, and I enjoy being able to be a part of helping others learn how to express themselves in English. I am really looking forward to helping my students become more confident in their English speaking abilities, and helping them to gain the skills needed to meet their own personal language goals.
