Conducting health assessments and implementing exercise treatment programs. These were based on the most current and peer-reviewed academic research to treat chronic and acute health conditions.

الاهتمامات: I've worked in the medical and health field as an Exercise Physiologist, Respiratory and Sleep Scientist, and Medical Device Consultant. I am a tutor who loves cultures, nature, food, animals, and learning! A combination of all these things I love is travel, which has been the most rewarding and educational experience outside the classroom or office. I have rock climbed, bouldered, and surfed in Australia, hiked to waterfalls in the Philippines and Thailand, snowboarded in Japan, and driven a Campervan across Europe. In order to keep physically healthy and avoid injuries, I practice yoga and strength training through calisthenics. Currently, I am seeing Europe while working remotely, and on my own language learning journey with German. I look forward to learning about you!
