Profession: Personal Tutor for Physics and Maths (Volunteer)
Teaching
• Tutored Scottish Higher Physics and Maths in high school to learners aged 14-16 to prepare them
for exams.
• Tutored on a one-to-one basis every week.

Interests: I am a native English speaker and I have a CELTA qualification for teaching English. I went to the University of Edinburgh and studied Astrophysics. I tutored maths and physics for 2 years which is where I found my love of teaching! Teaching English has been incredibly rewarding for me.

I have had many hours of experience teaching English to learners of almost all levels (A1 to B2). Using the teaching skills I have learned from the CELTA, I will strive provide you with the highest standard of English tuition. I am also half Japanese and can speak Japanese so I understand how the English language can seem if you speak a different language.
