I worked for a family centre supporting parents with young children. I ran the volunteering programme and taught short courses in volunteering, maternal mental health, breastfeeding support, confidence building, and getting back to work.

兴趣: I am a British expat living in the Netherlands and I am the kind of person who likes to keep busy. I have several hobbies. I like to keep fit with running, capoeira and yoga, and I play the piano, guitar and Brazilian percussion with a band. I love to travel and find adventure; I spent 6 months traveling around Brazil getting to know the culture and the people, training capoeira and playing music. I am artistic; I draw portraits and cards, I make clothes and create many other beautiful things. I also volunteer at an organic farm and with a group supporting expat families here in the Netherlands.
In the uk I worked with parents with young families to build their skills and confidence through teaching courses, managing volunteering placements and helping people find qualifications to build their cv.
Most of all I am a people person, I love to chat, find out about you and share stories.
