Customer Support
As a Customer Service Agent, I help others with their needs while having a positive attitude. This requires good listening skills, patience, and attention to detail to get to the root of the problem and assist accordingly.

Interests: I love music, movies, poetry, photography and painting. Coffee and tea are some of my favorite drinks. My favorite animals are lions, bats, and hedgehogs! But, since I can't own them, I have cats instead! Some of my favorite activities is stargazing and finding new cafe's! I have been enjoying learning different languages myself, so I understand how difficult it can be to learn on your own. Teaching basics whether it be through a lesson or conversation is something I look forward to doing with you. I love learning about all cultures and have many friends from different places of the world, I can't wait to hear about your country! I hope to meet you in a session soon! During my studies, I learned how to teach my language in a structured manner, understand how a classroom setting operates and to implement each student's personal form of learning (e.g. visual, conversational, etc.) during the teaching session.

During my studies, I learned how to teach English to those in other parts of the world. I plan on utilizing what I've learned to assist those with the desire to learn.
