I have taught music theory and history at several schools and colleges in the New York City area over the past 20 years.

Intereses: I grew up in the American Midwest, but I have lived in New York City for a long time. Music is one of the most important things in the world to me. I love many types of music: classical, traditional, rock, and jazz. As a child, I studied classical violin and voice. Now I sing traditional Irish music and play several instruments. I'm also a movie buff and love to talk about films.
