Between 2006 & 2011 I lived in Guangzhou, China. I taught English to children from age 2 - 14 and adults. Most recently I have been teaching English online since arriving in Brazil for the first time in 2018.

兴趣: This year is a year of language for me personally also! I have relocated to Brazil to learn Portuguese, not only for myself, but most importantly for my two young daughters. Portuguese language is not only a skill but it will assist them to communicate with the other part of their cultural background and family.

My personal interests include social and economic world affairs, technological and environmental sustainability and psychology. Learning a new language is one of the most difficult but rewarding tasks I believe a human can achieve. I hope to be an example to my young daughters, and to gift them with as much language ability as possible.
