兴趣: I began teaching in 2011 as a sports and exercise coach in Norfolk England. And in the past 10 years I have packed in as much experience as possible! From coaching climbing and mountaineering in North Wales and Scotland, to teaching international students English in Norwich. Training entrepreneurs in Tanzania on setting up businesses and developing eco farms in kathmandu valley in nepal. I currently teach over 1300 students from 16 different communities in North Sumatra, Indonesia, with ages ranging from 4 in our kindergarten classes to 50 and above!

I love to run, my longest run to date being 144km from coast to coast along the ancient Hadrian's wall in just under 19 hours. I enjoy playing guitar and love fitness!

I run free training on health and fitness in Sumatra and deliver aerobics sessions in a small village called Bukit Lawang. I also work with PT clients around the world to achieve their fitness goals.
