I spent one year teaching English to all ages and abilities on the island of La Reunion. I had pupils who would learn with their parents, Cambridge C1 English students, adults, and everyone in between. I taught 90 students a week. It was wonderful!

During my time at university I worked with young people aged 11-19 in classrooms all over Cornwall. I led sessions, created lessons, and had one on one sessions to educate the students that university in the UK is accessible to everyone.

A four year degree, including a year abroad teaching, and modules in French. There was a real focus on professional writing, and as a result my skills in English are strong.
