Interests: I am 24 years old, originally born in Richmond, Virginia in the USA. I grew up working at animal shelters, spending time in art museums and training as a ballet dancer. I studied sociology and gender studies in college where my passion for communication, social issues and human patterns grew. I recently came back to the US after living in Izmir, Turkey for 10 months where I studied Turkish, taught English and worked at a women empowerment NGO. I am newly certified in TEFL and excited to hone my teaching skills, meet new people and forge new connections!
