興趣: I was born in Lincoln, England and have lived in the UK in London, Manchester and Liverpool. Ten years ago, my Belgian wife and I made the move to Bulgaria where we renovated an old village farmhouse and turned it into a B&B and we are proud to say we had a 9.9/10 rating! We are now living in central Portugal where I work online teaching English.
Over the years I have worked for the government, been a technician backstage in London and Liverpool theatres. I've also had my own cycle shop, my own restaurant and spent eight years as a Teacher with troubled, challenging teenagers, teaching everything from English and Geography to Outdoor Education and Art.
I have been lucky enough to independently travel in more than forty countries throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. My longest trip was two years and it was the adventure of a lifetime! I love meeting people and learning about different cultures and lives.
My hobbies are cycling, yoga, reading and playing the guitar (rather badly I'm afraid!) I'm also a bit of a foodie and enjoy making my own pickles, chutneys, vinegars and jams, My other passion is our garden which my wife and I have created form nothing and I'm pretty handy at Do It Yourself!
