I served in the US ARMY because it is a tradition in my family. As you can tell by the title, I was a cook, my job was to make good food and feed hungry soldiers. I made a lot of good friends in the ARMY and a few lifelong friends too!

Interests: Hi my name is Bart and I am doing fantastic, how are you? I am a person who has had many interesting life experiences and so I have many interests! Some of my main interests include, fragrances, MMA, basketball, American football, culture & languages, cooking, traveling, exercising and eating well.

My biggest hobby at the moment is fragrance collecting. I fell in love with fragrance from a very early age, 13 or 14 years old. Today I have a collection of almost 200 fragrances and I could literally talk about fragrances all day long! My favorite fragrance of all time is...Prada Luna Rosa Extreme. Sadly it has been discontinued but I have a bottle with about 60ml so it fine. What about you, do you enjoy wearing fragrance? If "yes" what is your favorite fragrance.

I really enjoy sports but currently my favorite sport is MMA. It's such a dynamic and exciting sport! What about you, what is your favorite sport?

As you can see from my profile I enjoy learning about foreign culture and foreign languages. When I was a child all of my adult relatives could speak English and Spanish. They would speak Spanish when they didn't want us to know what they were saying and of course I was dying to know what they were talking about. So I guess that's probably where my curiosity about language began. In high school I met some foreign exchange students from Turkey, then Spain, then Norway and my curiosity and desire to learn and know more just grew and grew.

I was a cook in the US ARMY at age 22 and so I love to cook. I know how to make many many delicious mouth watering and satisfying dishes. Most of them I learned by watching videos on YouTube and it's just really amazing how many things I have learned to cook by watching videos on YouTube. I think my favorite thing to make is flour tortillas with rice and beans, Mexican style! And you? Do you enjoy cooking? What's your favorite dish to prepare? To eat?

Some of my other interests are travel and exercise. Up to this point of my life I have only traveled to Brazil but I plan on traveling to more countries in the future! If I could travel anywhere in the world with all expenses paid, I would definitely go on a European tour! Culture, architecture, food and foreign language. What could be better? What about you? What is your dream vacation?

Finally there's exercise. I really enjoy exercises such as running, cycling, jumping rope, HIIT and strength and conditioning training. These days I don't have many opportunities to enjoy these activities as I am a father of a 29 month old son. He really keeps me busy and that is really all the exercise I need at this time in my life, lol.
