I worked in book publishing for ten years as a publicist for books and authors. I had to write press releases and other materials that would be read by the media, so my grammar skills are highly developed and don't just come from a textbook.

Interests: I'm originally from Canada, but my family moved to the United States when I was 3. I have dual U.S.-Canadian citizenship, and believe deeply that immigrants strengthen whatever society they move to. I want to be a friend in your journey to improve your communication skills, whatever your reason might be.
