I've been a teacher for four years in different capacities. I've taught students from nursery up to adults over fifty. I prefer teaching adults, kids are a lot of fun but I like to get into the real particulars of language, it's more interesting.

When I'm not teaching I work in hospitals managing various departments. My last job was in Manchester coordinating a Covid vaccination centre.

Interests: When I'm not teaching I love to play music, read books and play chess. I have always had many hobbies my whole life because I hate to be bored!

Education: BA Ancient History
Research
I studied Ancient History in university. I found it incredibly interesting to look at the past. I found Roman history particularly interesting although the Egyptian civilization was pretty cool too.

CELTA Course
Education
I have studied the Cambridge English course which is designed specifically to show teachers how to teach English to people who it is a second language.
