I've worked as a chef for 9 years on and off as well as working as a server for 2 years. I have lots of knowledge about food, produce, and hospitality. In addition I have an Associate's Degree of Arts in Culinary Arts.

Interesses: I'm from Houston, Texas, located in the United States and my goal in life is to meet people from around the world and share experiences. It's easy to forget that we all have different cultures and experiences from one another but that doesn't mean we are unable to bond. I love to bond through food. I am a certified chef and food is a great way to communicate without communicating. It can bring many people together. I love to communicate about similar interest also. There are many ways we understand each other even when the language is not spoken perfectly. Let's practice this in my classroom.
