I have been a yoga instructor for 17 years and lymphatic drainage therapist for 16. I currently teach online, once per week and I also offer online consultations for people who are worried about their lymphatic system after cancer treatment.

الاهتمامات: I'm a bit of a free spirit and love to travel. I've always loved learning new languages, experiencing new cultures and helping others to improve their English. I've travelled a lot, so my accent has softened, it's quite neutral. I call it my international accent! I love nature, surfing, rowing, yoga, taking a nap in a hammock! Fun fact - I almost moved to Singapore about 10 years ago, but I realised that my number one dream was always to go to South America, so I did a 10 week trip, travelling around, and then kept going back to Brazil each year after that. I spent 2 years in Brazil and now I'm spending some time in Portugal.
