From 1998 to 2004 I worked as a customer service rep for Paymap, a mortgage acceleration company out of San Francisco. I dealt with customer complaints, and helped customers pay their mortgages around their monthly, bi-monthly or bi-weekly paydays.

兴趣: I am also a teacher of piano and of voice, and I have worked as a professional piano accompanist for (SFCC) San Francisco City College in California for two years. I like to use some stimulating role-play in my classes to put the student in a simulated environment (ordering a meal in an English-speaking restaurant, changing money in a bank in an English-speaking country, etc.).
