I work in a bilingual Spanish school helping teach English to students in both primary and secondary. I help them improve their scientific vocabulary, as well as their speaking, writing, and research skills.

I worked for a language academy in Madrid preparing high school students to take the Cambridge English FCE. We focused on reading, writing, and speaking skills, as well as direct instruction according to the different sections of the exam.

I work primarily with 5- and 6-year-olds, teaching English through games, music, baking, and arts and crafts activities. I encourage the students to use English in a natural, experiential way, rather than through a textbook.

Intérêts: I am an Italian-American who has been living in Madrid, Spain for the past six years. I love learning and thinking about different languages; I've studied Spanish and Mandarin Chinese in the past, and am currently learning French and Italian for fun. I love books, movies, and TV series, as well as exercising and cooking vegetarian meals. One of my goals for the future is to travel around Europe more, and perhaps even be a traveling English teacher one day.
