Teaching English to Thai students in a primary school, helping them with pronunciation, alphabet, grammar and reading

Interests: I have a Visual Arts Honours degree and am a practicing artist who has had exhibitions in Australia, Thailand, London and Bermuda. I am inspired by natural landscapes and the Buddhist philosophy of peace, meditation and contemplation. Having travelled extensively in Asia and India I trained as Reiki Master/Teacher and enjoy the Ayurveda traditions.

I also love horse back riding and do yoga daily as a practice. I enjoy walks in nature, cooking and an also an aromatherapist having studied plant medicine. I have a holistic outlook to life and help people assist work/ stress life balance

I studied for 4 years at the College of Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in Paddington, London with University of Northampton in the UK.

I completed 200 hours of mental health training at The Maudsley Hospital in London.
