I have taught and trained newly hired employees for language skills before they start taking calls. This involved grammar and proficiency all the way to neutral accent training and I have been doing this for the last 17 years.

Interessi: As mentioned in my video, I'm a laid back type of person, easy going, approachable, a good listener who in turn shares my ideas and knowledge, well organized, punctual and always likes to keep myself busy. During my spare time, I like to play online games, watch news on YouTube, write and record my own music as I am also a musician, and watch Netflix from time to time.
