I have experience working within the education system in Thailand. I held positions at international schools & several English schools teaching English at all levels including Business English.

Interessi: I will forever be impressed by adults & young people who have passion & ambition.
Learning a second language isn't easy. I understand this first hand. I quickly realized how very different English is to the language of my adopted country (Thailand).
Clearly, mastering a second language can be a gateway to many wonderful life opportunities.

I was raised by my parents & grandparents in the UK. I was frequently prompted to express myself fully & clearly, often redirected in my use of grammar 😅. This attention to my personal development benefited me greatly & instilled a life long appreciation for the beauty & occasional complexity of the English language.

I grew up in central England, consequently my English accent is neutral, mild & clear.

I have a broad recognition of all UK regional accents, common phrases, idioms and slang. I am also versed in the differences & subtleties between American, Australian & British English. This is sometimes useful & fun whilst helping students refine their pronunciation.
