For the past few years I've earned the majority of my living from freelance writing--mostly in New Orleans, but also internationally. Recent work I have enjoyed most is an ongoing book review column I hold in a New Orleans-based magazine.

Throughout my twenties and early teens I've worked at a depressingly high number of different hellish restaurants and other places across the US for little pay--solely to support myself as a writer, none which are significant enough to mention.

兴趣: I am very interested in literature and am a published writer. I am currently working on a poetry translation project, getting my most recent novel ready for publication, as well as beginning another.

In my free time I am also a musician and play the guitar, piano, and harmonica.

Performing Arts
I didn't study performing arts as indicated above, I actually studied video and audio production at a highly-reputable New Orleans art school. My intentions were to pursue a career in audio production, which brought me to an interest in film as well.
