Interests: I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I was in college (=university). I volunteered to tutor children who had recently arrived in the US -- help them with their homework, read books, help them study. It quickly became my favorite part of the week. Even today my favorite part of teaching is when something "clicks" for my students.
