A winemaker has far too many jobs: First, I manage the vineyard from start to finish, then I process all the fruit, run the laboratory, ensure compliance with all the many regulatory agencies, and sit in way too many meetings. I even do sales!

الاهتمامات: I love farming, composting, making wine, cooking, foraging, free diving, scuba diving, cycling, making and listening to music, writing, film and photography. I have a very diverse set of interests and wide-reaching knowledge of different cultures and countries, thanks to my work experience abroad.
