Taking inbound customer issues to completion. Issuing FedEx return labels. Starting warranty claims on behalf of the customer who received incorrect parts on their order of after-market truck accessories and parts. Emailing calling and software usage

Operations Representative - COYOTE LOGISTICS

Scheduling the contractually obligated shipments for 3 large-scale enterprise accounts. Equating to roughly 75 semi-trailer loads a week. Appointment times scheduled, driver locations tracked, new shipments bid on, and acquired daily. Rates approved.

興趣: Outside of here, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales. I have worked in multiple fields of industry, and so far working with children is my favorite! My personal goal in life is to make music that others enjoy. In my rock band, I play the drums, and the bass, and I sing! Music is the universal language, we all react to it in a positive light and it is so divine. I am also a big fan of movies and art and food! Ask me any questions you want :)
