Interesses: I have lived and worked in America, Ireland, Portugal, the UK and China. I am used to speaking and working with people from many different parts of the world. I have travelled to South East Asia and South America as well as Morocco. My hobbies include travelling, meeting new people from all over the world, dancing, hiking and being outdoors. I love anything creative like drawing, painting, music and upcycling furniture. I like to start my day with yoga and meditation, that way I feel ready for whatever the day might bring. My passions are learning to grow food, nutrition, self-sustainability and regenerative agriculture. I hope to start my own small farm in the future, at the moment I am taking many short courses online and in person to make this a reality.

I attended art college to study costume design and construction. I worked in the film and theatre industry for five years after my four year degree. I made costumes for actors in TV shows, movies and for theatre productions.

Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
Medicine
I have a Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching; I am able to support people through disease prevention and finding optimal and holistic health through dietary and lifestyle adjustments and protocols.

Permaculture design course
Agriculture, Environment
In this course we covered how to work with nature and humans to create systems of abundance and regeneration that create no waste. We learned how to grow food, harvest rainwater, to forage and some natural building techniques. It was very inspiring!
