Interests: I am a plant-based yogini who loves the simple life. I have travelled around Asia for the last four years and really adore the tropical weather and delicious fruits. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, mostly development and self-study and also really love to practice journaling and writing poetry. I am a lover of yoga and mindfulness so over the past five years I have studied various practices around the globe and I am now a 550 hour qualified teacher of Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Meditation and an Ayurvedic (holistic) Nutritionist. This is one of my greatest passions in life. I also adore art of all kinds. My favourite is scrap-booking and crafts working with different colours and washi tapes to create aesthetic stories about my travelling experiences. I have recently begun drawing however I am a complete beginner. I am yet to explore painting and I am super keen as I feel so inspired by the greats including Van Gogh. Finally, music is a key element within my life and daily rituals. I love everything from relaxing lo-fi beats to hip-hop and many in between.
