I am a fully qualified teacher with a Postgraduate certificate in education (Manchester Uni). I taught full-time in a secondary school as well as in galleries and museums. I ran my own art school for 6 years, teaching children's and adult classes.

I paint and draw. I use oil paints on canvas or linen and also work on paper. I work large scale and small. My work was abstract but recently has become more figurative. I exhibit and sell work.

I worked in the largest teaching hospital in Europe co-ordinating a large art project. I introduced the works of artists into a health environment. I also set up a commercial gallery within the hospital showing and selling many artists' work.

Trompe L'Oeil Mural Artist

I worked with architects and interior designers to produce Trompe l'oeil murals in refurbishment and building projects. I also worked for private clients, designing and painting murals in their homes.

الاهتمامات: I grew up in London (until the age of 19), UK so my accent is the received British pronunciation. I taught art for 25 years to all ages (adults and children) in classes and in city art galleries. I have a university degree in Fine Art (painting and drawing) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) as well as a CELTA certificate from Cambridge University to teach English. I love to paint and exhibit and sell my work. For years I ran a large Art Project and Gallery within Europe's largest teaching hospital alongside running a successful "Trompe L'Oeil" mural business.

I am a mother and have lived in the Netherlands with my family for the past 5 years. I love cycling, and swimming in natural water (the sea and lakes or rivers). I find cooking relaxing and love learning about different cultures and your foods. I also love meeting people from all over the world and discovering about your lives.

After a one-year foundation in Fine Art, I did a full-time 3-year degree course at University developing my painting and drawing, graduating with a 2:1 Fine Art and a 1st degree for my thesis.
