Luxury Safari Camp Manager

I used to run a luxury safari camp in Kenya, Africa. I was responsible for a team of 24 men in a remote safari park, including their training.

I also worked with rangers on saving elephants and rhinos, as well as raising awareness.

I spent a few years in Sydney, recruiting executives such as head chefs, marketing managers, and front of house supervisors for luxury hotels, such as Leading Hotels of the World.

Volunteer Conservationist for the Local Ocean Trust and the Turtle Trust in Kenya.
Environment, Writing and Journalism
I wrote and presented simple power point talks to fishermen. This was to raise awareness on sustainable fishing practices. I also wrote brief documents summarising Kenya's new wildlife laws. I focused on delivering effective interpretation.

Interesses: I love to travel, and to explore other cultures, people, and places. I have lived on every continent and travelled to over fifty countries. I used to work in hospitality and tourism, training staff. Now I am a novelist during the week, and I teach on Cambly over the weekends.
As a novelist, I explore magical realism, spirituality, myths, legends, ancient prophecies, archaeology, astrology, and similar themes. I also enjoy reading books on these subjects. Get in touch if you think we'd have a cool chat about any of these topics!
Are you interested in English novels? When I was studying English Literature for my 'A' levels, and while living in Oxford, I read many of the classics, from Joyce, Huxley, and Lawrence, to Jane Austen and Charlotte Brontë. What about Shakespeare or Wordsworth? Of course! Them too! I have read and studied most of the English classics.

I studied at West Heath, also a boarding school in Kent, for my GCSE exams. (It has since been closed down.)
