I lived and worked in an ashram for 4 years serving meditation retreats and hosting volunteers for 7 months a year. We co-created a beautiful environment for them to learn more about themselves and human nature through Meditation, Nature and Enquiry.

I taught Yoga in many different countries while traveling and have two 200hour certificates from India and Finland. I love creating beautiful healing sequences for those in my class.
