I taught reading skills, including phonics to those struggling with their literacy skills. We worked with making sounds, putting different sounds together, and then transferring these skills to reading texts.

I taught Czech adults at various levels in 50 minute classroom lessons. Some lessons involved primarily spoken English, and some focused on reading and listening. When requested by students, I also focused certain lessons on particular grammar points

İlgi Alanları: I love to travel, and have visited many parts of the world including most of Europe, parts of Asia, Africa, South America, and much of North America. I spent many years traveling to France and Belgium studying wine, and I spent a year teaching in Spain. I really like meeting people from all over the world. When I'm at home in Canada I love hiking, camping or snowboarding in the mountains. I also enjoy yoga and cycling. I love dogs and have a Labradoodle named Ecko. When the winters are too cold where I live, I like to stay in and read, watch movies and bake delicious things:)
I have taught many students online, as well as in the classroom. I am able to speak and intermediate level of French, and I also taught in Spain, so I am able to understand some Spanish and speak at a basic level.
