From 2012-2017, I worked with adults in the evenings. Student objectives varied from basic conversations, community accessibility and specialized vocational language needs. I also created and taught the Naturalization Curriculum for US Citizenship.

I began teaching young children in an integrated classroom setting since 1999! Students and families served include those with English as a Second Language and Developmental Delays.

Interests: My purpose in life is to teach... from my younger siblings and my only son to the thousands of students I've served in my 20+ year career. I have traveled all over the world to experience new perspectives, cultures and languages. I enjoy reading (non-fiction mostly), listening to all kinds of music and spending time with my family and friends. As a "foodie", I challenge myself to step out of my comfort zone to try new things. Above all, I consider myself a perpetual learner who finds great joy connecting and communicating with others, near and far.
