I was the chef's assistant on adult classes, providing individual help to guests to clarify instructions or answer questions.
In the summers, I ran a children's cooking club for ages 7-12 that provided an introduction to cooking and kitchen safety.

兴趣: My two big passions are cooking and travelling. I have been lucky enough to have lived in multiple countries as well as travel all over the world. I love everything about food and spend a lot of my free time cooking or thinking about what to cook next.
I have an academic interest in history and political philosophy which I explored in university. I also like to stay up to date with current affairs especially technology. I always enjoy a good debate about challenging or interesting subjects.
I enjoy video games and board games when I have time, with a particular interest in strategy games.
