I have had over 10 years of experience in various IT Support roles. Problem solving is one of my passions in life, including helping others.

I created standard operating procedures and user guides on how to fix users IT problems.

Intérêts: I enjoy watching movies, listening to music and playing computer games.

I've recently started to learn Polish because I visit there often and I'm used to talking to other people where English isn't their native language.
