You are the first face a guest sees when entering the hotel after booking a room. As a Front Desk Agent, it is beneficial to be a genuinely warm presence so that the guest(s) start their vacation with a pleasant experience.

兴趣: As mentioned in the introduction video, I have completed my certification for 100 hours of Teaching English as a Second Other Language (TESOL) and I did some teaching in the past with a handful of Korean University students. I worked in the hotel industry as a Front Desk Agent, therefore, I spent many hours a day talking with guests entering the hotel and guiding guests to various local family spots.

Many things in life are interesting to me but, my biggest passion is learning about other people, places, and cultures. This world is vast and I believe that traveling opens the heart and soul more than reading about a place in a book. That being said, I have traveled to 5 countries and 11 states so far and I am not done yet! I hope to travel more in the future!
