I have more than 30 years experience teaching and assessing students. Subjects I have taught have included business, management, English, mathematics, ICT, 1st Aid and life skills, including preparing for work and money management.

I worked with young people, in youth facilities, teaching citizenship, life skills, job search skills, money management as well as other positive behavioural skills, generally supporting young people to develop into responsible adults.

Intereses: I am from the North West of England, in the United Kingdom but also spend time in Spain. I love keeping fit by walking my dog, running, yoga and dancing. I also love to bake cakes for my neighbours. I have spent a lot of time travelling (UK, Europe, North, Central and South America, Asia and Africa). Through my travels I learned some Spanish and French and now that I live part of the year in Spain, I am learning Spanish properly and loving the challenge!

Educación: Foundation Degree in Education and Training
Education
Completed a Certificate in Post Education, followed by a Foundation Degree. Certificates are attached but in my previous married name. Legal documents (e.g. divorce papers and new marriage certificate can be provided to prove name change)

Functional Skills in English, Mathematics and ICT
Education
Completed Functional Skills qualifications in subjects taught as part of apprenticeship progammes of learning in UK. Once qualified, this allowed me to teach the subjects.
