الاهتمامات: I love the outdoors, whether it is doing winter sports or spending time outside on a hot summer day. Living in Canada gives me a lot of opportunity to enjoy all the seasons outside. I am an event planner as well, which has allowed me to experience many different events, from celebrations, to conferences and more. I enjoy reading, gardening and plants in general. I have learned a lot in the last 4 years about how food, lifestyle and stress can contribute to our health. This has been so interesting and I enjoy sharing what I have learned with others.
