I worked as a lead therapist supporting children with language and communication difficulties for many years in the English NHS. Now I work independently (privately) as a therapist.
I enjoy the fun and flexibility of teaching English additionally.

الاهتمامات: I enjoy learning languages. In the last 5 years I've been learning French and passed a Diplôme which involved assessments and exams. This means that I know exactly what it is like to learn a new language.!!

Iam a speech and language therapist in my first career and now a writer as well. I work some of the week as a ghostwriter. I also have a blog on Substack and a You Tube channel.

I was a manager in the English Health Service for many years and led a team - so I understand business English e.g. for meetings online.

I have a weekly English group which is informal and fun and I have been running this for 3 years.

I love to be in the garden and we are creating a herb and wildlife garden here in the middle of France.

I enjoy holidays, especially in Italy, and have a plan to learn Italian. I understand quite a lot of basic Italian, but I don't have the grammar.

I love the Medieval buildings and history, and I adore Venice and its quiet corners.

I have been studying a diploma in French at the University of Dundee (distance learning) over the last 3 years and graduated with distinction in November 2024.

I studied a course in French at University of Dundee. It goes to C1 or 2 level and is the course which many teachers take to enable them to teach French in Scottish schools.
