I try to keep fit but that has been difficult with all the lockdown restrictions, so doing some yoga and pilates have now become my exercise of choice. Reading is my favorite past-time and I have recently discovered how much I enjoy drawing and art. Walking in nature is my way of relaxing after a long week.
